Renovation and Building Works
As we start working on our exciting plans for 2026, the Seahorse restaurant is now closed. We look forward to welcoming you back to our brand new restaurant in March under a new name! The coffee shop and swimming pools will remain open while we undergo works on the building. Please refer to car park and building signage for access and parking information.

Where to find us
You will find us within Pentewan Sands Holiday Park, located approximately four miles south of St Austell on the B3273, just off the road between St Austell and Mevagissey, directly on Pentewan Beach. Look out for the Pentewan Sands sign on the left-hand side, just past the turning for Pentewan Village.
Stingi's Fusion Restaurant
Located right next door to The Seahorse, and open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from noon, our sister restaurant specialises in Asian cuisine.

Non-residents are welcome to use the pools all year around, apart from May Half Term and the Summer Holidays, due to the capacity of guests staying on Pentewan Sands Holiday Park. From 24th - 31st May and 25th July - 29th August 2025, the pools will only be open to guests staying at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park to avoid overcrowding.

Please purchase your swim session from the Coffee Shop prior to entering the swimming pool. Children under 12 years of age may not use the swimming pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult (an adult must be aged 18 and over).
We have two indoor swimming pools at The Seahorse. Both pools have a safe maximum depth of 1.2 metres and a shallow beach area that's perfect for toddlers. The swimming pool is 18 metres in length.
Please follow the signs to The Seahorse car park where you will be able to park. An external Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is in use in the car park, so we kindly ask that you pay on arrival using the car park machines. This is a card or cash-operated machine.
There is also an overspill car park near the main entrance to Pentewan Sands.
While we work on renovations at The Seahorse, there will be construction happening in and around the site. During this period, the pools and coffee shop will remain open.

Car park pricing:
Main car park:
- 0 - 15 minutes = Free
- 15 minutes - 1 hour = £1.50
- Up to two hours = £3.00
- Up to three hours = £4.50
- Up to four hours = £6.00
No return within two hours. No parking between midnight and 6am.
Show Field car park:
- 1 hr = £1.00
- 2 hrs = £2.00
- 3 hrs = £3.00
- 4 hrs = £4.00
- All Day (show field only) = £6.00
Charging periods in the Show Field car park:
From 8am - 9pm every day. The gates to the car park will be locked at 9pm.
Located on the ground floor of The Seahorse you'll find our coffee shop, open daily from 9 am - 5.30 pm.
The Seahorse Restaurant is open every day for light bites.
